We believe in clear, transparent pricing from the start.
Our fees depend on the size, scope, and complexity of your project — and how many stages you’d like us to be involved in.

We offer three simple options, depending on the service level:

Fixed Fee

A set cost for defined stages (for example, planning drawings or building regulations).
Best for smaller projects or when the scope is clear.

Percentage Fee

A percentage of the overall construction cost — typically used for full architectural services from concept to completion.

Ideal when you want end-to-end support.

Hourly Rate

Used for advisory work, feasibility studies, or one-off consultations.

Useful for projects where the scope is not clearly defined at the outset.
A flexible option when you just need some expert input.

Typical Fee Percentages (Full Service)

For a full architectural service (Stages 0–6), our total fees usually range between 8–15% of the construction cost, depending on complexity, location, and level of involvement.

Here is an example fee by stage based on a £200,000 build cost and a 10% total architectural fee:

Stage 0 - 1

10% of total fee = £2,000

Stage 2

20% of total fee = £4,000

Stage 3

20% of total fee = £4,000

Stage 4

25% of total fee = £5,000

Stage 5

20% of total fee = £4,000

Stage 6

5% of total fee = £1,000

Total fee = £20,000
